Facilities Management experts asks us for a brand and website overhaul

First Class Facilities Management (FCFM) is an experienced UK company that specialises in building maintenance, management, and refurbishment to keep office facilities running smooth. While they had some loyal clients, they needed a strong brand identity and strategy to attract new leads and establish credibility online in the industry.

The brief

FCFM founders Stuart and James have 40+ years of industry experience between them, supporting the day-to-day business facility needs of their clients. We joined forces with FCFM to help modernise its out-of-date brand and website and develop an online presence that could reflect the high-quality level of service they were providing, something that was lacking with their original site.

Our approach

We got to work on bringing their brand into the present with a new logo; a clean structured silhouette of a building next to a simple yet strong font, all incorporating a new style and colour palette. We worked with the client to design a strong brand identity that would evoke trust, professionalism, and credibility, without becoming unapproachable or too exclusive.  

With their brand story realised, we wanted to represent FCFM as the trustworthy experts that they are and showcase the range of tailored specialty services they could offer. We redesigned their dated website following the new palette and style we had incorporated into the logo and optimised their content to home in on their knowledge and services. We also commissioned a professional photoshoot for the founders, the faces of the business, to demonstrate their approachability and involvement. All this was carried through across their social media platforms establishing a cohesive brand story creating a strong and recognisable online presence. We also incorporated their new design on their Van Livery, designing a marketing wrap to showcase their professional new brand and logo across their whole fleet.
