Access Social Care is a charity organisation work with the community to spread legal knowledge to support those with social care needs to help them achieve a better quality of life. Access believes in justice and fair access to information and needed some extra support in sharing what they do with those who need to hear it.
The brief
Access Social Care has an incredible amount of knowledge and recourses that they want to share with the community and ensuring they are seen by their target audience is vital. They came to us ready to get started on their SEO and wanting help to improve their messaging to allow them to share their values and services with the people that need it most.
Our approach
We kickstarted the project with a digital marketing audit to help Access Social Care increase visibility and improve engagement from their target audience. We considered the best options from both a technical SEO point of view, as well as visually from a user experience perspective, improving both content, and homepage layout.
We developed a viable and attractive lead magnet that was topical, informative, and most importantly relevant to Access Social Cares desired audience. We also planned a campaign of blog content to help highlight their services and set up social media profiles with a branded company banner to bring the team together cohesively.
Finally, we set Access Social Care up with Google Analytics and Google Business Profile, providing the team with full training on how they could monitor and interpret the data to support their journey as they continue to grow.
The result
Access Social Care now have the systems in place to track engagement on their website, an improved design for their homepage, and a cohesive brand across all social media channels. Their informational blog content and lead magnet perfectly serves to attract and support those in search of answers and assistance.

We worked with Somer Design on brand elevation. In all honesty it was the wrong timing for us as we are a new, growing charity with not enough resource to give to the project. The team worked so hard to accommodate us… they extended the deadline, waited patiently for our response to work and achieved so much that we could never had done such as google analytics, SEO optimisation as well as support on blogs to help with social media presence. We continue to reap the benefit of their support and I work recommend them highly!
