Morgan HSS helps organisations ensure their Health & Safety measures are up-to-date with current legislation, fire safety, quality assurance and environmental risk. They were referred to us for a brand refresh and marketing collateral for their training courses and certification.
We were also asked to design and build a new website as the business grew. In the Brand Discovery Session, we established the business goals and KPIs for the website, mapped out the customer journey and listed the unique benefits they offered. We also came up with a solution to organise a lot of detailed content.
The brand identity was designed to resonate with the target audience and help them make a connection with the services offered. We also wanted to emphasise the fact that the Morgan HSS was an established business with a high level of expertise, so we also designed a set of icons to reflect their value and USPS. The new website features these as well as their accreditations and the clients they have worked with.
The result is a sophisticated brand and an easy to navigate website, with case studies to back up the company’s brand authority. The main ‘Call to Action’ is integrated with a calendar booking system to help streamline company operations. We are delighted that the new website is already generating leads for the client.
