Our client runs a recruitment agency with an outdated website and a brand that needed a fresh approach. We were asked to revamp the branding, refresh the logo and design a new website to present the company as exciting, lively and current.
For us, communication and collaboration is vital to any successful project. It was also important for us and the client to stay within the budget and timeframe specified and agreed on and to set expectations from the get go. This was done through a detailed plan and fortnightly progress reports.
Prior to our initial meeting, we sent out a questionnaire that got the client thinking about their goals and how they wanted to be perceived by their target audience. Our initial meetings were spent discussing their responses and essentially understanding the companies brand story, the nature of their target audience, the customer journey they wanted to take their audience on and what they want their website visitors to do.
This helped us define our strategy for branding, logo design and website design and navigation and calls to actions.
Our fortnightly progress reports with the client guided them through each stage of the project, made sure we were on the right track and they were happy with the direction we were taking.
The client now has a vibrant brand story that is reflected in their refreshed logo and an updated website with a clearly defined navigation path and stand out calls to actions directing website visitors to take specific action when browsing the site.
