Our step by step approach

We have a simple step by step approach that guides you through the process working together quickly and collaboratively to design and build you a website.

1. Discovery

Knowing what you want to achieve with your website and planning the customer journey is a key part of our discovery session. Before any design work begins we sit down, discuss your objectives, target audience and plan what you expect people to do when they land on your site.  We go deep on the key messages, best use of content, user experience and how you want your brand to be perceived.

3. Development

Once your website designs are ready and you’re happy with the content we get to work developing a custom website that is on-brand, functional, easy to use and meets all the current website standards. We build on a test server so that you can see first hand how the site looks and works.

2. Concepts

Following our discovery session, we’ll create a site map of the website and plan the hierarchy of pages, forms and ‘Calls to Action’. We’ll get you set up and started on the content  and get going on the creative work, ensuring all your brand elements align across the site. We’ll design the first couple of pages to be revised and finalised before we move on the build.

4. Growth

With your new website launched, we move into phase II, growth, with inbound marketing and lead capture strategies. With a tailored blueprint plan for your business, we’ll raise your profile and engage with your target audience, providing regular high-value content to increase lead generation and conversion rates, careful monitoring progress to make sure we keep on track.
